The Non-Profit Reflective Circle
A confidential, structured support space for
female CEOs in non-profits
What is the Non-Profit Reflective Circle (Pilot)?
The Non-Profit Reflective Circle is a free, confidential, professionally facilitated peer group space for female CEOs leading non-profit organisations.
It follows the principles of group coaching supervision, creating a safe, structured environment where leaders can reflect, process challenges, experience support and gather resources to move forward.
This is a, free, pilot initiative running three times in 2026.
It is separate to Carmichael’s mentoring programme.
Facilitated by Siobhán Cahalan, this supervision-style peer space offers time to reflect, share, and be supported by others who understand the role.

High burnout and turnover — many CEOs leave not because of ability, but because of lack of support
The Non-Profit Reflective Circle

can breathe, think, and speak freely.
